Win tickets to the Bok test at FNB

Courtesy of Energade, we are giving away two tickets to the Bok vs Argentina Test being played at the FNB stadium as part of the Nelson Mandela Sports day on August 17.

At Energade it is all about what you put in, and as such, they are proud suppliers to the Springboks … But for this competition, it is all about knowing what else the Boks put in …

And they put in plenty when it comes to training, both on and off the field. Lock Eben Etzebeth is renowned for spending time in the gym priming those ginormous guns – rumour has it that the folk at WP had to ship in new sets of weights for the big man, with the existing iron not heavy enough to test the young giant!

It’s not all about the guns though. Eben is also well renowned for being able to do a fair amount of damage when it comes to the dumbell chest press …

So to stand a chance of winning this set of two tickets to the Bok game at the FNB stadium on the 17th of August, take a guess at what Eben Etzebeth presses in each hand when doing the dumbell chest press as part of his regular workout …

  12. He presses 80kg in each hand after WP had to order 80kg dumbells. Nobody in South Africa has ever used 80kg dumbells.
